10. Montezuma Wetlands Restoration Project, Phase 2 (Action)

Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $2,100,000 to Montezuma Wetlands LLC to place 300,000 cubic yards of dredged sediment that has been diverted from ocean disposal at the Montezuma Wetlands site in Suisun Marsh, Solano County, for the purpose of raising the elevation required for the Montezuma Wetlands Restoration Project, Phase 2. 

11. Goat Island Tidal Marsh Restoration and Public Access Project (Action)

Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $839,700 to the Solano Land Trust to conduct community engagement and prepare final designs and engineering plans, an adaptive management plan, and permit applications, for the restoration of 80 acres of tidal wetland, 8 acres of wetland-upland transition zone, and 1 acre of seasonal wetland, and related public access trails and amenities, at Goat Island Marsh in Solano County.

12. Berkeley North Basin Project (Action)

Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $600,000 to the East Bay Regional Park District to conduct environmental studies and prepare environmental documentation under the California Environmental Quality Act, assess the feasibility of daylighting Schoolhouse Creek, conduct community engagement, and prepare preliminary designs for the restoration of shoreline habitats and associated trails in North Basin Strip and Berkeley Meadow within McLaughlin Eastshore State Park in Alameda County.

13. Strategy to Advance Flood Protection, Ecosystems and Recreation along San Francisco Bay (SAFER Bay) Project (Augmentation)(Action)

Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $3,980,000 to the San Francisquito Creek Joint Powers Authority to augment the grant previously authorized by the Authority to conduct planning, perform data collection and analysis, develop design plans, and prepare program-level and project-level California Environmental Quality Act documentation for the Strategy to Advance Flood Protection, Ecosystems and Recreation along San Francisco Bay (SAFER Bay) Project in San Mateo County.

Note: Agenda items may be taken out of sequence at the discretion of the Restoration Authority. At any time during the meeting, but prior to the adjournment of the open session of the meeting, the Restoration Authority may recess or adjourn to closed session to consider personnel matters, prices and terms of real estate transactions, and possible and pending litigation. Session will be closed to the public pursuant to attorney-client privilege and statutory authorization under Government Code Sections 11126(a), (c) (7), and (e).
