Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $1,900,000 to the Richardson Bay Regional Agency to undertake the Accelerating Ecosystem-Scale Habitat Stewardship in Richardson Bay Project, consisting of restoring 6 acres of eelgrass through traditional eelgrass shoot transplantation and autonomous underwater vehicle eelgrass seeding, post-implementation ecological monitoring, and workforce development in Richardson Bay in Marin County.

10. Hayward Marsh Construction Phase 1 (Action)
Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $2,000,000 to the East Bay Regional Park District to implement the initial phase of construction, consisting of establishing an interim levee for construction operations, implementing environmental protection measures, and importing sediment to create wetland habitats at Hayward Marsh in Alameda County.

11. Community Grant: Alviso & Belle Haven Shoreline Habitat Initiative (Action)
Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $248,322 from the Authority’s Community Grants Program to Climate Resilient Communities to implement community‑based shoreline habitat enhancement, climate adaptation capacity building, and shoreline planning engagement in Santa Clara County and San Mateo County.
