Consideration and authorization to disburse up to $1,263,319 to the Suisun Resource Conservation District to prepare final designs and reconstruct two Essential Fish Screens along Montezuma Slough to help protect fish and 382 acres of managed wetlands in Suisun Marsh in Solano County. 10. Tiscornia Marsh Restoration and Sea Level Rise Adaptation Project: Final Design, Permitting, and Initial Construction (Augmentation) (Action)

Consideration and authorization to disburse up to $386,000 to Marin Audubon Society to augment the grant of $3,082,000 previously authorized by the Authority to prepare permit applications, develop final designs, continue engaging community members, and begin construction for the restoration of Tiscornia Marsh adjacent to the Canal community in San Rafael, Marin County. Note: Agenda items may be taken out of sequence at the discretion of the Restoration Authority. At any time during the meeting, but prior to the adjournment of the open session of the meeting, the Restoration Authority may recess or adjourn to closed session to consider personnel matters, prices and terms of real estate transactions, and possible and pending litigation. Session will be closed to the public pursuant to attorney-client privilege and statutory authorization under Government Code Sections 11126(a), (c) (7), and (e).
