Consideration and possible Restoration Authority authorization to disburse up to $150,000 to the Sonoma Land Trust to develop a strategy for landscape-scale restoration, flood protection and public access in the Lower Sonoma Creek portion of the San Pablo Baylands in Sonoma County. Consideration and possible Restoration Authority authorization to disburse up to $6,221,730 to Ducks Unlimited, Inc. for planning and construction and $1,200,000 to the California Wildlife Foundation for adaptive management monitoring and studies in order to implement Phase 2 projects of the South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project. Consideration and possible Restoration Authority authorization to disburse up to $539,000 to the City of San Leandro to: 1) to prepare detailed designs, permit applications, and environmental documentation for the conversion of a 4.3-acre wastewater storage basin adjacent to San Leandro’s Water Pollution Control Plant to a multi-benefit treatment wetland, and 2) develop a shoreline resiliency and tidal marsh restoration vison for the surrounding area, in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County.
